Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to own a computer to take a course?

No. We provide computers during all sessions. However, if you have your own laptop, tablet or smartphone, you are welcome to bring it so you can learn on the device you use at home.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. If you need to miss a session, we can often arrange for you to join another group covering the same material, or provide you with the session materials to review independently before rejoining.

How do I know which course is right for me?

We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we discuss your current comfort level and goals. This helps us recommend the most suitable starting point. Some learners benefit from our foundation courses first, while others may be ready for more specific topics.

Are your premises accessible?

Yes. Our training room is on the ground floor with level access from the street. We have accessible facilities, a hearing loop system, and can provide materials in larger print upon request.
